Clause 2 – All principles and procedures of the Red Apple Children Charity Foundation comply with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran and operate in accordance with the laws of cybercrime and the set of laws and regulations of e-commerce, and its managers are required not to post any political content or content that is contrary to the moral and religious values of Iran on this website.

Clause 3 – The Red Apple Children Charity Foundation, with the conviction that all people have the goal of doing good and helping those in need (orphaned and poorly cared for families, the disabled, students and pupils covered by the institution, etc.), requests all of you dear ones, if you intend to exchange links with the association or advertise for the institution on your site, do so with the knowledge and consent of the institution. Any use of the name, logo and link without the written consent of the institution is illegal and is subject to legal prosecution.

Use of the site: 

Clause 1 – The institution will not, under any circumstances, transfer the unique information of users to third parties or individuals unless requested by the judicial authorities and with the permission of that institution.

Clause 2 – The user does not have the right to enter information of anyone other than himself for registration and undertakes to enter his information correctly on the website. In case of entering incomplete or incorrect information, the user is responsible for the subsequent consequences of this action.

Clause 3 – From a legal point of view, in online transactions, the Red Apple Children Charity is considered as the seller and the charity paying the online payment is considered as the buyer.

Clause 4 – When making an online deposit, users are required to enter their correct and complete information (personal details, contact number and email) in the database. Obviously, the lack or incorrect information will disrupt the proper functioning of the association.

Clause 5 – If the connection to the network is interrupted during the payment, the bank is responsible for resolving possible problems and the fee deducted from the account will be returned to the customer’s account in accordance with banking rules. The institution’s website is not responsible for this process; because this is done directly by the bank; but it will try to facilitate it.
